Your Right of Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive your items. You must notify us of your cancellation and can notify us through our online contact form or send us an email to vaaranambooks@gmail.com
2. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You must send the item back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation, by following the instructions we send you. Items returned need to be in original condition.
3. We will refund the price of the item no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the item back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence reasonably acceptable to us that you have sent the item back. We’ll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

1. Vaaranam Children’s Books keeps all personal information submitted in the strictest confidence. The information is only used to process orders from our website. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order. We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party outside of Vaaranam Children’s Books without your permission.
2. Third-Party Service Providers: Vaaranam Children’s Books uses Fastway Couriers and DHL to deliver packages. Vaaranam Children’s Books may provide these companies your email address ONLY to provide customers up to date delivery tracking of dispatched orders.
